I chose SM Preservations Ltd over other quotes as I felt that Stephen knew what he was talking about and that he and his team would do a thorough job. Stephen and his team were very professional, hard working, considerate, trust worthy and friendly. They respected my house and made sure that everything was covered with dust sheets and our wooden flooring was protected. There was quite a lot to be done and we were surprised how much they did in the time frame particularly as there was more damp than we first thought. I would recommend Stephen and his team.
